Life savers for road trippers! I was driving about 20 miles east of Amarillo when my car's under-carriage splash guard came loose and started dragging on the highway. I stopped by and SAM & BRAD took care of me right away. They removed the cover and had me back on the road safely—all at no charge. Honest, fast, and incredibly kind mechanics. They truly care about helping people!

We were visiting family locally when my Cherokee started making an awful noise. I did what a person does and went to Google for help. Chauncey’s had amazing reviews (especially from travelers!) so off we went to see what they could do. They got us right in and discovered that my AC compressor seized up. Gave us a quote (which was very reasonable!) and got all the parts ordered and on the way. Less than 24 hours later I got the call that my car was ready! So now my Cherokee has a brand new AC system with a warranty and it works absolutely amazing. I could not recommend a better place to take your vehicle!

At this point I’m beyond angry and disappointed with Street Volkswagen and my 2021 Volkswagen Tiguan R-Line. In the last 18 months alone, this vehicle has had THREE major repairs totaling over $15,000 — nearly double what I even still owe on the car. TWO of those repairs involved the engine. And somehow, like clockwork, the warranty just “happened” to expire before the third major repair. On top of that, the second repair wasn’t even covered. It’s hard not to feel completely taken advantage of at this point. What’s even more insulting is the constant stream of texts from VW every single time the car goes in for repairs asking if I want to trade it in. Trade it in for what exactly? The laughably low-ball offer on a vehicle that’s been in the shop more than it should ever be? I will NEVER buy another VW OR from Street, again. And on top of the $4500 repair this week, they also tried to sell me TWELVE OTHER unnecessary services. Thankfully, not every automotive business operates this way. This shop is amazing! I was on a cross-country trip and needed work done urgently. They fit me in same-day, even though it was already 3 pm when I called. They were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. I can’t say enough good things!

Was traveling from Kentucky when a rock busted my radiator in my cat van. I'm extremely nervous when it comes to folks working on my car and being from out of town honestly made it worse. But this place made me feel at ease and they were even able to get me back on the road quickly. I think the only thing that I was annoyed about was they fixed the radiator without fixing the pressure for the radiator cap so instead of it pushing between 13 and 16, it was 7 which was causing some issues later on. But honestly, still would visit if I were to break down in the area. They were super nice and I think they understood that I have a strong attachment to my car lol I've had her for years and want to definitely have her last quite a few more!
